IXWORTH A small development in a conservation area of three houses in a prime location off the historic High Street of Ixworth.
CHURCH VIEW - BACTON This was a small-scale development of three high quality detached bungalows, one with a double garage located near the centre of this village within walking distance of post office stores, garage, pub, church and primary school. MANOR FARM - KIRTON This was a small development of eight properties ranging from a four bedroom detached house to several different designs of five bedroom detached houses, and at the top of the range, a converted brick barn with a substantial area of grazing land attached. There was also a bungalow within the development.
ST ANDREW'S MEAD - MICKFIELD A development of only five, quality detached houses in spacious landscaped plots on the edge of this small Suffolk village some twelve miles to the north of Ipswich. A typical development for Winchester Homes, where an emphasis was placed upon combining site landscaping with individual house designs based upon seventeenth century Suffolk farmhouse style. This development is now maturing well and is worth a visit. ST AUDREY'S - THETFORD Located within the heart of the Thetford Conservation Area, adjacent to the River Thet, this was a high quality residential development of a brownfield site. A total of seventeen new houses were created within the site, which also incorporated the renovation of a water mill and the provision of two nineteenth century cottages in the conversion of a former brick and flint factory building. The development is fully occupied, maturing and well worth a visit.
